Hi,

I was using my PC this afternoon, not doing anything taxing, and it randomly stopped working - internal lights were on but monitor turned off and no response. No BSOD.

Then when I tried booting it up again it, it didnt even show the post screen. The internal lights are on and the fans spin, but apart from that just seems dead.

Looking at the QLED code display, it first shows code 15 (Pre-memory system agent initialization is started) for a few seconds, then shows code 13 (Pre-memory CPU initialization is started). And the QLED is glowing red, which according to the manual indicates a CPU problem.

I havent done much troubleshooting yet (other than removing the RAM sticks one by one) as I thought Id get people's opinion here first before stripping everything down unnecessarily. Does it seem like my CPU is dead? Its only a few months old and havent done any manual overclocking on it!

Many Thanks.

Had the same issue with mine (75950x3d) only it was the DDR5, only worked with one stick at first, then with only setting it from auto to 6400mhz

Apparantly theres loads of issues with motherboards posting with memory running over around 5200mhz, more chipset issue.

I managed to get 32gig work at 6400mhz, then did a Bios update and it wouldn't post, now will only post at 6200mhz.

Try Dram around 4200mhz set manually, worth a shot :)
