I recently bought an MSI Twin Frozr 7970 GPU, and installed it in my computer (Specs below). It runs fine under normal use, however when playing any games or doing intensive tasks it will click almost in time with the FPS (coil whine?) and the screen will flicker as if I have an unstable overclock. I have left it at stock speeds, so I can't tell what the problem could be? RMA?
