7970 fault ?

Since upgrading I'm having a few faults with ram and maybe my 7970
Sometimes randomly my signal from gpu to monitor goes down everything is still working but no picture and monitor says no signal being received.
Would say it was my 7970 or something else ?
 
I got the memory sorted, HD4000 was stealing it.
No overclocks at all except factory ones as it is an Asus 7970 TOP
My PSU is a Corsair HX850
