I've not got satisfactory drivers for my 7970 yet and they're already planning a new card, Tera still has graphical glitches and locks up occasionally (been subscribed over a month) and Skyrim stutters horrendously on the 7970.
If AMD put as much effort into improving gameplay experience in less mainstream games than they do trying to win benchmarks on review sites by optimising the same 10 games over and over they'd have the market sewn up, I'm more tempted by a slower GTX670 than a 7970 ghz edition at this point in time.
