7970 Lightning BE Flickering

Has anyone with this card (or another) noticed some kind of flickering?

I've noticed it when browsing the web, on the desktop, when watching videos and even a couple times when gaming.
I've had a search and it seems there's been a few people with the issue on the same card.

Any ideas on what I could do?

Yep, but I've used several drivers and they all have the problem.
I've had it for about a month now.
I have it overclocked yes, but the problem occurs at stock too (though maybe not as often? hard to tell).

And I'm using DVI at 60Hz.

I've had a few 7970s, and this is the only one I've had the problem with, so I doubt that

Any idea on how I do that mate? I've had a look in the config file but don't see powerplay.

As far as I can tell, that seems to have solved it. It forces it to run at load clocks and voltage though, which isn't really ideal

What was it before you set it too "2"?

It was blank.

No luck

I contacted MSI, and they told me to flash the BIOS with one they provided, but it's the exact same one I already have

Could someone please do me a favour and check what their 7970 clocks are when streaming a HD video on youtube? Would appreciate it
