my gigabyte 7970 has started to stutter every 10 secs or so for a half second or so and starting to get annoying while gaming. i have the latest drivers etc and card is running at stock levels. anyone any idea what may be causing this
 
Having AB or GPUz refreshing in the background caused this for me. If you have afterburner installed try changing the polling rate of the updates to a longer time.
