7zip icons patcher with installer

this is what they'll look like after..

exract the exe or 7z to a folder, download 7zip from www.7zip.org must be the exe, not msi and place it into the same folder

run the # 7zSetup with icons builder.bat file and it will rename 7z*.exe to 7zip.exe (so compatable with all versions), will compile an exe containing the installer, a reg file for file associations and the new icons (which will be patched after install)

you'll be left with a 7zSetup.exe file that is a switchless installer , double click it to install -i install mine from the $OEM$ folders

or you can just double click it once to install

-you have to restart pc (or rebuild icon cache) for the icons to show

added a setup installer and added the split archive icon for .001 files..

also removed the 96x96 icons, as they're MASSIVE anyway, and made the dll's noticably larger, now they're smaller

plus, since then 4.42 has been released, so good time to upgrade it
