8.1.1 Battery life

Hi guys, just upgraded and now my iphone 5s doesn't even last one day on charge.

I've gone through all the settings to make sure nothing is draining it but everything seems to check out.

Common problem?

Mine has done the same. Gone from a brilliant phone that I was really happy with to something I'm quite frustrated with in one easy step. It drains particularly quickly if I use the Facebook app.

Yep, my 5 is terrible...looking at replacing the battery!

I have been researching this issue and it seems to affect the 5s. I have seen some complaints on the Apple support forums. In the end I had to completely reset my 5s and set it up as new. This seems to have helped, but it still drains quickly when I'm using it (faster then it used to with the screen on).

I have background app refresh, locations (except find my iPhone) off and the brightness set to below half.

Has anyone tried to roll back to a previous firmware version? Tried to roll back to 8.0.2 but iTunes said no.

First thing - it's an operating system, not firmware.
Second thing - you can't. Apple stop signing previous versions after few days of an update being released.

That's tough! Suppose I have to wait until Apple release a new version or take it back to the apple store?
