£8/900 build spec help

Hi I'm looking at building my first pc that's going to be tailored towards gaming. I'm looking to spend around the £8/900 mark. I've been needing a new pc for a while as my laptop is getting pretty old now. The release of Total War:Warhammer is what has made me have to have a new system. So any help speccing a system that would run that game smoothly on medium/high settings would be appreciated.

Do you need a monitor, mouse, keyboard, os or any other bits and bobs?

Well then, there you go just need to wait for the 1070s on Friday. which will prob cost between £350 and £400
