8 bay case ITX mobo?

The only thing I can think of is a Lian Li Q08 which will hold 6 but also has a 5.25" which you could probaby rig another 1 or 2 into. Other than that the most I can think of is cases with 6 like the fractal design mini array.

Closest thing I found was a Lian Li v354.
OK its not itx but its damn compact for a box that can cram in 7 drives plus an 8th in the 5 1/4 bay up top.
Got one running my unRAID box atm which works a treat.
 
Lian Li pca04b has 7 and 2 dvd drives so you could do it in that, it's also the smallest I could find that will fit 7 drives, check my thread out for more info.
 
Looks like it's the Lian Li PC-Q08.

2 drive can be made to fit into the drive bay but after having a look about and a few thing i think i might stick with 6 drives, os on a spear ssd and fit an optical drive and run them two via a 2 port pci-e 1x card i have laying about.

H60 too cool the i5 2400 in there job done :)

tried looking for your thread but only found 5 or 6 where you ask for shopping lists. Perhaps you could help us out as already asked? ;) ;) ;)
