that looks good to me brother, if you could push the budget for RAM to about 48 quid, id go for Kingston hyperX grey, brilliant memory. Your mobo will support much faster RAM but in real world speed, you wont even notice.
Im not the best person to ask mate, I have heard good things about the Havik, but also heard Ivy bridge can run hot when overclocked, im still rocking my 2500k which is great to be fair. Take a look in the CPU section, theres a thread about overclocking them in there some place.
