8 Pack 3600 - 4 memory modules @2400MHz

I've been trying to add an additional 2 x 16GB memory modules to my original 2 x 16GB modules.

All the memory are the same type:
Team Group 8Pack Edition 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-28800C16 3600MHz Dual Channel Kit

It will run fine at 2400MHz, but I can't get them to run at the speciifed 3600.

My system is:
MSI Tomahawk X570 Wifi
Ryzen 9 5900X
Gigabyte 3080Ti

I've had 2 x 16GB modules running happily at 3600 using XMP profile 1 for a while, but when I add the 2 extra modules it defaults back to 2400.

Any help is appreciated.

Cheers for the feedback guys.

The BIOS was updated last week, so should be pretty up to date. Will check.

I'll try the CMOS reset this afternoon and see how that goes too.

the BIOS is up to date v1.83

After a CMOS reset, the memory came up as 3600, but during the boot into Win 10, it reverted back to 2400.

Switching off XMP and changing the speed manually in the BIOS, I can boot into 3200 and 3400 fine. Wonder what is the hangup for 3600.

Thanks for the time and help you've already provided.
I'm going to live with it for now, and when I get some time, I'll look into what voltages to be considering changing.
