8 pack bundle 5820k to 4.5 ghz

You really need to give more information about what exactly is the issue if you are expecting any kind of assistance.
 
I've got 4.5ghz @ 1.25v on x99 gaming 5p motherboard. I just changed the settings to XPM ram @ 3000mhz and vcore. Multiplier is 36 so it reaches 4.5ghz. I want to reach 4.6 stable but cant get it even under 1.3, any other settings I should change
 
You have it covered. Just add to teh settings I allready provided and give the CPU enough volts. Remain under 1.35v Core.

If you tune VCCIN SA etc this may help if your on the edge at 4625
