8 pin cpu power plug

I'm just checking all the wires are in the right places aftre sleaving my psu

and I think I got the cpu power plug wrong.
with the clip on top I have 12v on the top row. google inages show the 12v on the bottom row.

so who is right, me or google?

thanks for the link haveing a look right now.the 12v for the pci-e is on the bottom which is why I decided to check my wiring
