P.S I emailed OCUK as I was going to get one for my build and they have been out of stock for a while. They are getting some by the end of the month apparently.

I'd say the Fractal Design at this price, I happen to have one on the members market right now, for rather less than your budget too 
I'm not just saying this because I have one for sale though, I really do think the Fractal Design R2/R3 is the best case you can buy for less than £100. I bought two of them originally, I'm still using one for my main machine and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
Otherwise I'd say a Lian Li PC7FN and PC8NB are nice cases at the same sort of price point.
