£80 compact camera recommendations

Any recommendations for a compact camera? Budget £80
For someone with an iPhone 4 but I figure that a dedicated camera will have a zoom and optical stabilisation.

80 isn't going to buy much tbh. TZ7 is pretty good for a cheap camera.
