Just the box and components, no ISO, mouse, monitor, keyboard needed.

Min 8gb ram, r9 280, an ssd, prefer aio cooler, over clocking potential not a big deal but if it doesn't make a difference by much I don't mind between a k or non k Intel CPU or don't mind Amd either. Would like to see both a normal atx built with a side window and a mini/micro atx. Purpose is for gaming and personal use.

Forgot to add no need for cd/dvd rw and no HDD can never see myself getting one again! So a 256gb ssd as a start probably best. Personally would prefer a refurbished aio and spend the money elsewhere instead of a new one.
Build looks decent.

I thought you coulndt fit an h100 on the 300r? And 550w for a r9 290?

Can someone do a bitfenix prodigy build real quick?

Doh, thought it was a 330r for a second, yeah the 300r can't handle that cooler.

the 290 is fine thou, but maybe better too go with a 650w to be safe.

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

AMD R9 290 Crossfire - On your average system the cards require you to have a 700 Watt power supply unit as minimum.
AMD R9 290X - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550~600 Watt power supply unit.
AMD R9 290X Crossfire - On your average system the cards require you to have a 800 Watt power supply unit as minimum.
