What are you using it for? If gaming, I'd suggest this:

maybe bump the processor to a 6320 or 6420 with a little bit extra cash.

supernova9's spec is very good. If you can stretch to get a E6420 or E6600 it would be worth it for the cash.

Yea, the above spec is similar to the one I went for. I think I might watch this thread also, as im kinda in the similar spot with the same price plan.
