Okay, I've been to a few site looking for advice, but Overclockers seems to be the place to be for this kind of information! I'm looking to use this PC as my main workstation for general use aswell as Photoshop. I also want this system to be good for gaming. Here's my current spec with the best prices I can find online.

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Storage: Sandisk Ultra Plus 256GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 7870 XT 2GB Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS95 DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (OEM) (64-bit)
Other: Sharkoon T28 ATX Midi Tower
Other: Crucial BLT2CP4G3D1608DT1TX0CEU 8GB (2x 4GB) Ballistix Tactical Memory
Other: Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 Motherboard
Total: £835.62

How does this build look, I'm basically ready to order. (Will investigate Overclockers for part prices obviously) What changes should i make to this, and will the build work well as it is? I'm deciding between the 7870 XT and 660 OC, which is best?
Thanks in advance

Welcome, im sorry to say you'll have to Remove the prices, its the rules sorry. You can keep the total price though..

It looks good. Gaming wise normally Intel is better for gaming but the new i5's and Z87 motherboard would push you further over budget. I would suggest it though..

Out of those cards the 7870xt for sure. The 660 isn't in its leauge, the 660ti is though.

I don't think my budget will quite stretch to Intel, are there any other suggestions before I order parts?
