Hi Dudes,

Please please advice , I have money and I need your help.

I have £600-£800 to spare to upgrade. ( with a little give if justified ) :)

My current computer is pretty much trashed sinced a collosal harddrive failure so I thought I would salvage what I can and start a new. :(

:o
It is a 2.8 P3 prescott 800mhz ,
with 350 PSU,
512mb pc3200
small 15inch flat screen
working mobo and other small peripherals
crappy case

All I want is something quiet, which I can play Direct X10 games for.
Yep its a challenge.

Start your engines!!! :D

A little over budget, you could save > £20 if you wait for the BFG 8800GTS's to come back in stock.

Seasonic or Corsair (both made by Seasonic, who make the quietest PSUs)
