£800 PC spec for a friend

I am after a FULL PC spec for a friend (inc monitor, OS, case, keyb and mouse). I have come up with the following but wondering if it can be made any better or if there is anything wrong with what I have specced? I know the monitor is not great but he can always get a bigger one later on. I also couldn't fit a storage drive in either

Thanks stulid, I think I will switch monitor, keyb and mouse as you have suggested. *oh and the psu.

Why the Palit over the Zotac (just to shave £10)? My thoughts on the Zotac were better cooler, faster clock speed?

You right, stick with the Zotac, think the warranty is longer too.
