800d Aesthetics

Hi Guys. One of the members within the Watercooling community really put together a nice, asthetic look with the 800d as seen here: http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18415428

Seeing as I've also got the same kit, I want to re-create this look with my case. I've already got the Af120's, but are them sleeved cables sold seperately? And where can I purchase them? I've got the exact same powersupply. And is there any addtional connectors I may need? Any help would be appreciated.

Something like this with an aluminium front should look good on the 800D.
