800D - help needed! Looking for lower drive bay rail

I lost 1 of 4 snap on drive bay rails from my 800D. The ones you attach to 3.5" drives to mount them in the lower bay. Was wondering if anyone has 1 rail they would like to part with. Will pay them whatever they think it's worth plus postage to Ireland.

Contact Corsair RMA directly and they will sort you out. As confirmed by Corsair to me.

Congrats. They ignored my RMA request when I had an issue with an 800D with faulty reset switch. Hopefully it was a once off but mate had issues RMAing memory.

i had a problem with the cable on the back of the hotswap drives on my 800D contacted corsair and they sent me a new one out straight away

I contacted them directly via warranty direct on their site a few days ago and so far have heard squat. Not even an auto email. :confused:

I`ve removed the lower drive bays in mine, so I`ll never need the rails. If you email me your address I`ll send them to you for free.

Strange you`ve never heard from Corsair though, I asked them for a quote for a replacement plastic cover for the hot swap bay, and they sent me one free.
