My 80 mm fan in the back of my case no longer spins on startup, but if i push it a little, it will spin fine

What can i do?!

Do i just have to get some compressed air can and try and clean it or something?

If it's old, replace it. Simple as.
My bet is the bearing have worn or dried up and theres more resistance in the moving parts, so it's harder to start moving.

ocuk sell fan dampeners... which i believe come with screws/grommets
if your just after the screws/grommets... try competitors they're bound to have them

give it a good blast with air/toothbrush/hoover whatever to get the dust off... if it still doesn't work
just replace it

Akasa ultra quiet 80mm fans are very quiet :)

Main thing is 1) what was the quality of your Fan and 2) how dusty is the envorionment. - in combination low quality and dusty yes they can easilly kill a fan inside a year.
