80mm fan thickness

You can get thinner fans. Zalman does one, the Zalman ZM-OP1 80mm Slim Fan and Grill. It's designed to attatch to a gpu heatsink they do but i can't see any reason why you can't use it in a case. It is 80x80x15mm and operates at 1400rpm@20db or 2800rpm@33db but i cannot see any cfm values. I have seen it for sale for around £6.50.

There is another that i think it is made by Papst but not sure, the part number is NMB-MAT FB-8015-H which is also 80x80x15mm. That also has 2 speeds, 12v 34cfm@34db and 7v 18.5cfm@20db. These sell for £7.49 but i cannot tell you where due to forum rules.
