Would one of these monstas be enough to cool an overclocked 2700k and an overclocked hd7950 or 680 or is that pushing the limit?

Depends on the fpi but as a rule I would say 80mm single no, 80mm dual yes.

I used 360+240 monsta's to cool, 3930, 7970, rive blocks and an aquaero. All pushing massive clocks and with headroom to spare on temps.(fans, scythe GT's on about 40%)
So i'd say a single 360 would cope, and a 240, maybe.....just

Best going with 240mm for every major heat source i think a 360 would do you, what case are you using?

Its a custom built parvum systems case. Designed for 2 slim 360 rads. But just seeing i can get away with one thick 80mm rad.
