Hi all,

Need a spec £830 with monitor, thankyou.

Also been looking at a used pc which is 3 years old but great specs, i7 2600k, gtx 560 ti for roughly £400 everything in it is good, hasnt been used in 4 months he claims.

Opinions?

Thankyou

You'd get better overall system out of it. What are the rest of the specs?

Corsair Graphite 600T Case

Intel Core I7 2600k - Unlocked

Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 Motherboard (Socket 1155, ATX, DDR3, USB 3.0, HDMI, Bluetooth Module)

Noctua - Heatsink + Fan CPU Cooling Kit - Dual Fan - NH-D14

Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B Vengeance 8GB

Dedicated Intel EXPI9301CTBLK PRO1000 Network Card CT PCIex

Asus 1GB GeForce GTX 560TI DirectCUII PCI-E Graphics Card

Samsung SATA 3gbs 500GB Hard Disk

Corsair Gold Pro Series 850W AX850 Modular PSU

Thats all of them i see it as a great deal, it hasnt been used for 4 months do you reckon the parts would be in a good state?

Used system looks good, if you can confirm it works then it seems like a decent buy. It is however pretty old now and you have no warranty and so on. But you could get that system for £400, sell the 560TI off and buy a better GPU like a 290/780.

Obviously I can't vouch for the integrity of the guy you're buying from, but components-wise it looks good to me. £400 on that, £430 on a GPU, monitor, and SSD:

YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI Radeon R9 280X Gaming Edition OC 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £239.99
1 x BenQ GL2460 24" Widescreen LED Slim Bezel Monitor - Black £113.99
1 x SanDisk Pulse 128GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive - (SDSSDP-128G-G25) £67.99
Total : £435.47 (includes shipping : £11.25).

Alternatively, as Fallen God said, you could see how much you could sell the 560ti for and possibly upgrade the 280x to a 290/780.

Yeah this was my idea, sounds like good opinions from you guys he said that he used the pc just for gaming, ill be going to check it out this weekend to make sure that its up to a good standard, but you guys reckon thisll be a good pickup then!

The Sandybridge CPU is still a great chip. My 2500k is running at 4.5ghz and chews up everything. With a decent PSU, GPU & RAM, you'll have a fine system there :)
