8320e to 3570K as a good budget upgrade?

It would be an upgrade but not worth it now, you need to be looking at either KabyLake or holding out for Zen/CannonLake.

if it overclocks to around 4.5ghz and you game with a decent graphics card then it will deffo be worth it.

I picked up a 3770k and z77 quite cheaply from the mm and am very happy with it.

On single threaded games the 3570k would be massive performance boost

None of these are really worth the hassle: an 8320 to a 3570k and a 290 to a 480?

I would just wait until you have a bit more money saved.

Not about the money, I just have other priorities.

I'll keep hold and check the performance when the game comes out.

bf1 really isn't that demanding I was running it on all ultra but no aa at 1080p getting a solid 60 fps on an ancient i5 750 and 7950 gpu

CPU will bottleneck. Setup is nicely balanced at the moment but the CPU won't cope with much more.
