Wouldn't be anything too significant.
Would mainly be for BF1. I have a 290 GPU with the though of a possible upgrade to a 480 depending on performance.
Long gone are the days of latest and greatest tech for me, am getting too old for gaming.
Though I might get Zen depending on how it performs.

None of these are really worth the hassle: an 8320 to a 3570k and a 290 to a 480?
I would just wait until you have a bit more money saved.
When you go second hand anythings possible. If you can switch for very little cost its worth doing.
Keep your cpu and motherboard and just get a second hand 980ti
