got one of these come and
been playing with it but have a few questions

I can boot at 5040GHz. via bios but it is unstable and can run cinebench at 4.8GHz via AMD tuning but not prime stable. 4.6 is prime stable this is via AMD overdrive but not sure on what's the best bios settings for CPU

what's max volts I can safely use with auto tuner it hits 1.504 no matter if I clock 4.4 or 4.8 in bios I have set to 1.4675?

anyone want to share there settings

Max safe vcore is generally considered to be 1.55v, but I use a little higher as my cooling seems OK with it.

What motherboard are you using? I wouldn't be trying to achieve high OCs with AMD overdrive, stick to BIOS settings. I can help you with specific settings if you're not sure.

gigabyte ga-990fxa-ud3

would like te get 4.6 with lowest volts I can for everyday use the higher clocks are for benching as the power consumption rises above 4.6 pretty quickly from what I have read

The UD3 has pretty bad vdroop and slightly weak VRMs so that's the best reason for you to limit your 24/7 OC to 4.6ghz, along with the cooling needed for higher clocks. You certainly shouldn't be worrying about power consumption buying an 8350! :D

Post all your voltage settings and I'll try and help you get them down as low as possible.

Also, you should ask here;

The guys there are very knowledgable and helpful.
