8350 Upgrade

Hey i just bought a 980 ti and a rog swift 1440p monitor will my 8350 bottle neck or give big issues to gaming and if so was wondering should i also upgrade my 8350 to a other processor and motherboard if so what one should i get

when i do msi ab on like ark gta 5 armored warfare etc a lot of the times the cpu is like 50 60% usage and the gpu is also at %60 usage?

so long as i overclock the fx 8350 it will be good with the 980 ti at 1440p? or should i just get new mobo and intel cpu like skylake or 5820k etc?
