£85.00 to spend

hi my m8s buying a new gfx card soon and he asked me to find him a good gfx card for around £85.00. i was wondering what you guys n girls would go for?

i was thinking some think like a BFG GeForce 7600 GT OC 256MB
seems to have good specs and its not a bad card for the price

Ive got one and it plays most games on high detail with plenty of eye candy on at 1280x1024

HL2 runs with 16xAF and 6xAA and it never drops below 35FPS but in most plaes its 100+

Doom 3 runs with 4xAF ( or AA cant remember which it is ) at 45+ FPS

Not bad considering my modest CPU

I'd consider going s/h, you can get an x1800xt for around that price.

Very true, they are going gor £90 on MM at the moment, and it will be quite a bit faster then the 7600GT
