Sweet, make sure you get some of the utilities.

Shows all my SATA 2 will degrade. Both SATA 3 ports connected are fine. If my other 2 SATA 3 ports get connected. It'll show up as fine also

Just updating my BIOS Now. Yeah ram will show as 1333mhz until bios update to 1.7 i think. Not sure if the XMS3 is rated at 1T, if so then yeah.

No problems. Oh, btw. Did your Asus GTX480 come with far cry 2? Mine didn't and they've had to send one out. My starcraft 2 trial key also didn't work when trying to redeem... odd; just wondering if you've had this?

EDIT: 2T is fine I just enabled OC Genie on my board (Yeah i know how to overclock, but im one of those lazy people who cannot be bothered) and oc genie has just clocked both my CPU and RAM up. Getting a nice 4.2ghz now and thats just by pressing a button on my motherboard. I disabled all the green power and power saving crap in the BIOS so it doesnt idle at 1.6ghz when browsing the net. I prefer a stable 4.2ghz all the time. I really dislike to 'downgrading' when not using it technology.

Going to use MSI Afterburner to overclock my GPU (Heard its better than Asus Smartdoctor)

I had no choice but to Use the SATA 2 Ports, 1 for Blu-Ray the other a dvd drive, so no problem even if they did decide to break.

Am now on a 4.6ghz overclock and not going to try any further, been running prime95 for last 5 hours no problem highest load temp of 59 degrees, my idle temps now down to 27 with an ambient room temp of 21, not bad at all considering my heat sink is not rated very well (Xigmatech Dark Knight), the NZXT case is good cooler though, and maybe the IC Diamond stuff is good after all.

Nope didn't get Farcry 2, and demo key ran out end of Jan for the other 1, OcUK sending out FC2 though.

Am using Afterbuner but only as a monitor, don't feel the need to overclock that yet. Played Black Ops for an hour on max settings and it never went above 58 degrees and fan set at 50% speed, so not as hot as I was expecting.

Well been looking for half an hour and I still can't see these settings lol. I have disabled the green part but can't seem to find anything else. I am at 1.6ghz until I run something that requires more, it responds fast so maybe I don't need to have it sitting guzzling 4.6ghz 24/7?

My 3dmark11 scrores P6296 on standard detail settings and my 3dmark06 is 31065, my old pc was 11575 lol

Not too shabby at all, glad you recommended the mobo and gpu now thanks very much again.

Seems none of them include Far Cry 2 then... yet its actually in the title of the product on the main website. I guess my starcraft 2 got a similar fate. No expiration date on mine though.

I did send them another webnote (i sent one about far cry 2 being missing and replied back saying they have sent a copy out)

So i sent them another webnote when i fount out the trial key for starcraft 2 wasn't working. This time I got told i need to contact the sales team about missing product items. Yet this new webnote was about a non working key. Been happy so far but James in the Management team has really disappointed me and is holding OcUK back from a 100% happy customer.

No probs I forgot what its called now. Go into the bios. click overclock. Then at the bottom you'll see something about power. It'll be set to custom. Disable it. You'll then be a stable clocked speed.
