Ok, so basically I want a rig with a Core I5 2500k, and a GTX560 Ti for no more than £850, I need the OS and a Keyboard, Don't need a monitor or mouse. Could you spec me Up?

Stulid, I hear you have a great reputation throughout the boards, when you can, could you set me up a build for £1200. With and without an OS. I dont need optical drives either.

On the subject.. I wouldnt get the OEM version of windows, get stock version for the 2 year warranty?

You dont need anything,

SATA cables come with the motherboard, if you want nicer looking ones? then buy them later.

Thermal paste comes with the Gelid cooler.

nope, the mobo should come with atleast 2 sata cables, 1 for HDD and 1 for the optical drive.

EDIT: whats up with PSUs and kettle leads lately? did manufacturers suddenly stopped supplying those with their PSUs?
