Seeing as there is no iGPU on that CPU I think you will have a problem with display output

Also Thermaltake is gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarbage.

A good quality 550w or 600w would be suitable.

Don't just look at peak wattage, it's not a great indication of quality or stability.

If overclocking that CPU, and depending on which 1080Ti and overclocking it as well, account 300W (CPU, RAM, mobo etc) + up to 350W for certain 1080Ti models and overclocking. Power consumption for 7820X goes up a lot when overclocked. https://overclock3d.net/reviews/cpu_mainboard/intel_core_i7_7820x_skylake_x_review/17

A 650W would cover such conditions, although under those conditions you'd probably want 750W for some headroom. If you don't overclock then 550W would be perfectly fine.

Get a quality unit like an EVGA G3 or something. Those are expensive parts you have there.
