If overclocking that CPU, and depending on which 1080Ti and overclocking it as well, account 300W (CPU, RAM, mobo etc) + up to 350W for certain 1080Ti models and overclocking. A 650W would cover such conditions, although under those conditions you'd probably want 750W for some headroom. If you don't overclock then 550W would be perfectly fine.
