8600 overclocking

I was wondering if it will overclock good? I could possibly dump its stock cooler for something big and meaty to give it more potential.

Why don't you wait until you've got your new card before buggering around with it? The cooling on the 8XXX cards is quite good.

Looking at that, you get what you pay for I feel. Wait for the new ATI's then grab a super cheap 8800 or a 1950X

Okay I think I will send it back for something more powerful.. 8800 will eat them up but start at £200 at least on ocuk.. i think a good X1950 will do it?

Should have gone GTS. But @ that price range, X1950 pro is king

Only thing you beat them at is DX10
