8600GT fan making a racket

I have a 1y+ OcUK 8600GT 512MB that is starting to make quite a racket at startup.. I have to knock on the chassis of the PC until the fan gets spinning "properly" !
I tried cleaning the fan, took it appart, added a bit of silicon spray lubricant etc.. But no difference; I suspect the little motor is slowly dying.

Anyway to get a replacement for these ?

Alternatively, is there a cheap equivalent in the new range ? That card just needs to drive a 23" with DVI, it's never ever used for gaming.. I was/am quite happy with the 8600 perfs as is...

I'm not sure i'd be looking at investing £20 in a fan for an 8600gt tbh

There must be something pretty new, thats faster, with passive cooling for not much over £20-30 ?
