8600K safe temps?

Just got my new rig and running AIDA64 and also playing AC Odyssey to stress things and my 8600K @4.8ghz is topping out at 82C ,, usually sits at 70-75C is this ok?
 
Thanks guys, definitely louder than my old i5 2500K and gtx970 for sure,, then again the case isnt great, corsair carbide series spec 04, does the job ok jut not mad about it.


Cooler is a be quiet pure rock air cooler.
Voltage is at 1.300, messing about with it this morning i dropped to 1.270 and temps didnt got higher than 79C,, not sure which to run with now.
