I have the PC in the sig, two systems in one case. the ryzen system is generally just idling when im using the intel. The temp is about 45 - 50 idle and high 80s to 90s on a CPUz stress test. Is this the expected temps for an overclocked i7. I have 2x incoming fans in front, 2x incoming bottom, 2x incoming side, 1x outgoing rear and 3x outgoing top on the AIO cooler. should i re-fit the AIO with some fresh Thermal paste.

Could try redoing thermal paste, but temps are not too far off the norm for overclocked. Your idle temps look high, but could be down to the way extra voltages being applied when OC'd if its juicing the CPU more at idle. Your stress tests are slightly warm but nothing unexpected.

TBH the 8700k TIM they used inside the CPU is garbage. Replaced and delidded my 8700k which I use in my living room gaming rig (under custom loop) and saw a 10-15 degree drop, nearly 20 on one problem core.

Good comparison would be what your temps are like at stock also.

At those clocks 8700K under full load is over 150W power draw/heat output CPU and hence runs hot.
Actually it goes toward 150W power draw even at stock when chasing advertised clocks.
