8700k relid with what thermal paste to use

I'm selling my 8700k set up which is oc'd to 5ghz and delided with liquid metal. Someone wants to buy it but they dont want it on liquid metal. I've got absolutely no idea what to use for best results. Any advice please

Thermal paste will do fine , kryonought is pretty good or mx4 is great value.

Honestly I'd use liquid metal and stick the IHS down, they won't take it apart to look under it. Saves you the messages in a month or two if it starts pumping out and overheats.

If your adamant on going thermal paste I'd use a sheet of PTM7950 and put a couple of heat cycles through it

You could even grab a Kryo sheet and stick it under there, they never get old and never wear out
