Now i am pretty sure this is not a BSOD as it is a clear blue rather than the DOS blue you get with a crash.
I am not sure what causes it as it is completely random
I have installed a fresh copy of windows on a zero'd samsung drive
The card isn't overheating it barely gets over 60oC full load and i am pretty sure its not the motherboard
CPU was tested with prime95 and the maximum temp of each core was about 56oC

Any idea's what i could try to narrow down the problem? as i dont really want to post it back to ocUK if it is fine
Edit: Just noticed there are some newer drivers than i have installed will give them a go now
