8800 GTS Dual monitor problem

I have an 8800 GTS with the latest drivers installed in Vista 64. My LG 22" monitor is connected via DVI 1 and DVI 2 connects to either my AOC 32" LCD TV or my 42" pany plasma via an HDMI switch. All works fine except every few days I lose the 2nd monitor output and have to go into the nvidia control panel and re-enable dual monitor support. Obviously there are times when DVI 2 isn't connected to a tv as they are both switched off.

Anyone else get this problem? is there a way around it? maybe a registry setting or something ? Hacked drivers maybe?

Same issues, same card under vista.
All works without problems under xp so using that was my solution
