8800 GTS Ocing

Hi,

Using riva tuner to overclock my card, however when i have it clocked it runs 3D Mark 2006 no problem but when playing stalker after about an hour or so card will crash. i know its the card as if i leave it at stock it does not crash is there any sort of app like orthos for the gpu? what can i use to test my OC is stable?

The tools that come with ATI drivers can scan for artifacts it can be used with Nvidia cards too!

can u oc the 8800 in vista 64 yet and if so what can i use.

I think ATITool will run for a long time testing the GPU.

On the other hand running STALKER for an hour is also a good test of stability and it looks like you are almost fully stable.

What speed is the card running at when it fails after an hour?
