8800 GTS problems.... Help!

Well it had to happen eventually! Just sold a Sparkle 8800 512MB GTS on eBay and the buyer as just emailed me this afternoon saying "ive put it in my computer..problem is when i switch on the screen says digital power save mode,cant get past that."

He says he as plugged in power cord and as a 700w PSU. Does anyone know what would most likely be causing his problem?

Just want to stress hand on heart this card worked when I sold it also the buyer only has 7 feedback and only been a member since march. If he claims it doesn't work I guess there's nothing I can do :(
 
The buyer contacted me again to say he got it working by unplugging then plugging the DVI cable back in. He also says that since he did this the screen comes up 2 seconds after it says power save mode which he's happy with and as even left me positive feedback.

I don't know if that sounds right but he's happy and so am I, does make me nervous of using eBay though! But I couldn't even get £30 Inc on MM but managed £44 on the bay :)
