Hi Guys

I put a rig together yesterday using the BFG 8800 GTX, and when I look at the card temps in nVIDEA Monitor it is reporting around 65 degrees when just browsing.

Is this normal?

Thanks

Can you tell me how to mod my fan speed with Rivatuner mate. I have took the side off the Antec P180 case and its dropped to 71c now.

Whats this 38rpm aux temp? that seems a bit low for a fan?

im nhto at hoem so cant give u exact details on hwo to sorry mate. But basically if you click a little arrow thing next to the drop down box where it says what monitor you have running you should be able to click low driver level somethign or summit like that. Then you can click enable fan control. Then click save to make it start with windows like that. And make sure ion the options of rivatuner you have it miimise to control panel on close not close the entire program and make sur ethat ti statrs with windows :) Sorry if that didnt make any sense im in a mad rush on my lunch break :D

yeah apparently my gpu is sitting at 75c right now. tbh i just dont care. the fan isnt sit to kick in till it gets much much hotter. they wouldnt do that if it wasnt safe to do and if it isnt, well... either ship it back to ocuk or bfg and get a shiny new one, im not fussed.

Damn, just reading this at work, as last night I checked my GTX temps and thought an idle of 60C was pretty damn high! Think i got it pretty low looking at this tho!
