8800 Ultra Pre Orders

looking at the list of 8800s i noticed that the 8800 Ultra is now pre-ordering. specs seem better than i would have thought. 102.8GBPS memory bandwidth, when is the actual release date for these?

Faster Core or Faster Mem for £150.00 more, you choose?
Not worth it, at all.

i dont think nVidia will like BFG for that, there basically already selling overclocked ultras as GTX cards with the GTX cooler
