8800 ultra sli,physx problem

Hi all
i am having a problem with batman aa using my sli 8800 ultras.
before i updated my graphic drivers to 197.13 i used to have it set so 1 card did the game whilst the other did the physx and everything used to be on the highest settings and it all ran great.
Since updating to the new drivers however no matter how i seem to configure it it does everything including the physx all on one card and because of that my ingame performance is suffering.

any ideas?

Have you tried seeing if you can select which card does the physics in the nvidia display panel thingy? I think its in the SLI options bit

well in the control panel a gf 8800 is set to handle physx same as it always was.
as i said this only changed since the new driver install and it used to work perfectly beforehand
The only way i can get it to use sli is to turn the physx off completely
