8800 ultra

Hi all
Well ive decided to stick with my 8800 ultra as i dont think the 9800gx2 at the resolution i game 1920-1200 will give me anything much extra.

Just wondering if you all agree and think its worth waiting for so called next gen.

i would agree keeping the ultra is a good idea if it can play all games you play with a suitable number of frames per second for you

I agree, theres zero point upgrading from an Ultra.

Wait for the real next-gen - most games i don't think stress out an Ultra too much at that res, excepting Crysis...

Yeah stick with the ultra until we see some real next gen cards. Ultra is still the most powerful single GPU card on the market, crazy to sell up for current tech.
