I can't find the card you are refering to, but the more expensive one probably has slightly higher core and ram speeds.

Or more ram, or a better cooler.

768Mb XFX 8800GTX Extreme XXX,
EVGA GeForce 8800 GTX KO ACS3 SILENT 768MB or just a normal 8800gtx

BFG 8800GTX mine runs 650/2000 no problems and it`s cheaper than both of them.
