Don't see why not, Hiper 520s can run X1950 Crossfire.

I have the same Corsair PSU and it's a beast.

Yup, the ATX specification is a minimum of 11ish volts, although many many decent branded psu's don't reach it!

Pretty much the best PSU out at the moment.
