8800GT 512Mb replacement

Hiya,
The baking as advised in my other thread has failed.
I can find 100 quid max so the 460 are a no go.
To play on the system in my sig on a 1600 x 1050 would a Nvida 450 or a Ati 5770 be the better option?

I've not kept up with gfx cards as the 8800 just kept on going.

i'd say a 5770 is Ok, but I went for a 1GB 460 when i upgraded from the 8800GT and i also game on 1680x1050.

your links broke, but yes at below £100 a 5770 is best bet, unless you want to try the MM see if you could pick up a 460 2nd hand?
